GeoWeb (the "Service") is an AI search visibility analysis platform provided by Citetek Inc. The Service uses automated technology to analyze website performance in AI search engines and provides optimization recommendations.

2. Eligibility

By using the Service, you represent that you:

• Are at least 18 years old, or have obtained legal guardian consent.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Agree to abide by these Terms of Service.

3. Account and Quota

• Each email address may register only one account.
• Free accounts include 3 full analyses.
• To continue using the Service after exhausting your quota, please contact us about paid plans.
• Creating multiple accounts to bypass quota limits is prohibited.

4. Usage Restrictions

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Conduct malicious scans on websites you do not own or are not authorized to analyze.
• Attempt to bypass system security measures or rate limits.
• Use analysis results for misleading, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Use automated tools to make bulk requests to the Service API.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to obtain the source code of the Service.

5. Analysis Result Disclaimer

Analysis results and recommendations are for reference only and are based on heuristic analysis of publicly accessible HTML content. We do not guarantee:

• The absolute accuracy of analysis results.
• Any specific ranking or visibility improvement following our recommendations.
• The complete accuracy of AI-generated content detection.

The Service is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of analysis results.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service's software, design, trademarks, and content are the intellectual property of Citetek Inc. Without written authorization, copying, modification, distribution, or creation of derivative works is prohibited. Content of websites you submit for analysis remains the property of you or the website owner.

7. Service Modification and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time without prior notice. In case of service termination, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Citetek Inc. is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm, arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
